Meet The Team
Jeff Ford
Graduated from UALR with a business degree and started in the insurance industry as an adjuster in 2005. Learning the ins and outs of the insurance claims policies and procedures has been invaluable in running our re-roof division. Jeff has been in the roofing industry since 2015. Experienced in damage analysis, estimates, repairs, all aspects of both residential, and commercial roofing systems, and general construction. Don’t be surprised if Jeff shows up to do a repair himself.
Aaron Phillips
After graduating from Arkansas State with a degree in business. Aaron worked at UAMS ACRC and the Myeloma Institute. He then transitioned to the material handling sales industry and on to the oil and gas industry. Aaron has worked on projects with tight deadlines both small and large. Your roof is his roof. His client-focused communication will guide you through the phases of analysis, communications with insurance, and seeing your project through to the end.
